Needs Assessment Survey

Updated January 4th, 2017

US Family Health Plan’s sponsoring organization, Brighton Marine Health Center, is conducting a needs assessment of military service members, veterans and their families in the Greater Boston Area. Brighton Marine’s primary mission is to serve veterans and their families as well as to serve the Brighton/Allston community. The goal of this needs assessment is to assist Brighton Marine with space planning and programming of its Brighton Campus. Brighton Marine is the owner of an 9-acre campus located at 77 Warren Street in Brighton and leases out space to a number of health care and office users. In addition, BMHC in partnership with Winn Development, is in the process of developing 101 mixed-income rental housing units targeted toward veterans on the Campus.

Brighton Marine has commissioned a survey to better understand basic background information of responders as well as potential needs in a variety of categories such as health, education and career training, housing, and services. Interested beneficiaries may take the survey at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/JBD7ZXC. Please only complete one survey per U.S. military person per household.
