Frank Bonilla
Serving: Covering Rhode Island and parts of Southern Massachusetts
Frank Bonilla brings 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a diverse background supporting health plan operations and provider engagement. He began his career in customer service and claims processing and later expanded into grievances and appeals, where he handled complex cases and investigations related to state hearings and ombudsman inquiries.
Throughout his career, Frank has worked in provider relations, credentialing, and contracting across all lines of business. His experience spans multiple markets, including Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Miami, Florida, where he also helped build health plan operations and provider networks.
Frank is passionate about helping people and supporting initiatives that improve access to care for the communities' health plans serve.
Natalie Daniels
Serving: Covering Cape Cod, the Islands, and parts of Southern Massachusetts
Born and raised in South Texas, Natalie spent years moving across the country as a Coast Guard spouse, discovering new communities, and learning to connect with people everywhere she landed. Now settled in Sandwich, MA, she keeps close ties to the military world—her children are enrolled in the plan she serves —and this inspires her to help ensure other families have the same access to care by supporting strong provider relationships. When she’s off the clock, she enjoys sunshine, her family, walks with her pups, yoga, and spontaneous road trips that often lead to new connections.
Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, I have built my career around supporting physicians, healthcare teams, and patients through operational excellence and quality improvement initiatives. I began my professional journey at the Newton Wellesley Hospital Physician Hospital Organization, where I spent much of my career working closely with provider practices, physicians, and staff. In that role, I focused on quality improvement and strengthening collaboration among clinical teams to help practices deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Outside my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my family. I have a strong love for the outdoors, skiing, camping, and exploring nature with my beloved dog.
